This little device works better at keeping my 17" laptop cooler than the $70 iLAP. It's lighter, simpler, so much less expensive and more portable than the iLAP. Only slight drawback is that it works best on a hard surface and less well on your lap but that's quibbling. The thing that makes it work is that it really allows more air to flow beneath the laptop. No power needed, no noise, no moving parts and easy to stick in a briefcase.

First off, I’m not a big audiophile, and usually operate on a small budget for my electronics accessories. Having said this, I do know how to gauge the general quality of music, as I play the keyboard and guitar. (Just a general background as a reference). I was quite amazed by the clarity of sound generated by these ear buds. They offer enough "Thump" to the sound, which is great because I love a good amount of bass in my songs. The sound is very well balanced over the highs, mids, and lows. Even when you crank up the volume, the rattling in the highs is minimal, and the bass still holds well. They also offer a feel of surround sound. Enough about the sound!! The ear pieces have a metal super-structure (that’s outer casing for the non-techies), which I hear does help in reducing the rattling when compared to plastic. I’m not sure what's underneath the casing though. These are certainly the best earphones that I have used. Looking at reviews on the river, they seem to be somewhat comparable to "higher end brands"; but I’m not going to comment on that, now. Remember these are not extreme bass earphones, but they do get close. The noise isolation is good. Provided you have the right size of earpieces (comes in 3 sizes), you usually cannot hear much of what is going on around you when the music's playing, which can be good or bad depending on how you see it. I have noticed that my ears pain a little after about an hour's continuous use. I’m not sure if it's the sound or the earpiece that causes the pain. I will keep you updated if this is just something that my ears have to get used to before the pain stops occurring (or NOT). Overall, this is a worthy buy if you get it under $10.

This membrane-like pad seems to be pressed from the same substance that the child's toy "sticky hand" is made from. This thing works great; just make sure your surface is clean before you adhere it. I have mine on my dash for my phone and some small items. Keeps everything from sliding around. Pad has not been detrimental to dash or anything I have put on it.

I ordered two of these a week ago, got them yesterday, and just ordered two more. I am using the binder for music CDs. It indeed holds 48, using both sides of the page inserts, without having to force or squash them in. Each slot will fit a CD and the jewel case booklet (insert the CD playing surface toward the back - there is a soft cushiony material there). I plan to put all my CDs in these binders. You can insert lists of songs or other info next to each CD, but I will just flip through the pages to find the one I want. The binder is easy to handle. They look nice, and free up lots of shelf room. The faux-leather seems durable, and doesn't look tacky. The binder is large, so I probably wouldn't use it to carry CDs around, but could, in a pinch. I just wanted something sharp looking, easy to use, and less shelf clutter. This fits the bill just right!

I am a high school student and I have a 15 inch notebook PC that I did most if not all of my typing on. I wrote all of my projects and essays while seated on my bed with my computer on my lap. This worked well for about ten minutes before the computer became hot as a firecracker! I knew there had to be some sort of product out there that could help me with this but all I found were laptop stands with built in fans that were made out of metal or wood. Then I came across the lap mat. This is one of those "why didn't I think of that products." It has leather like top that holds the lap top very well, and the best part is the soft padding that rests on your legs. No more dead leg. I love this product! I've had my black laser for several years and am now on the website to order several more for myself and to use as Christmas gifts. I love the thin profile most of all but it also provides the best response I've ever had with an optical mouse. Although it did start to curl after a year or so I've found it helpful to clean my wood desk and the back of the pad. Because it is so thin anyway the curl is not really a problem. I'll never replace it with a standard foam pad.

This stand is great. I have a large laptop and it holds it up fine and even pushing on the back of it, it won't tip. I like how it helps me to sit back in my chair instead of being hunched over my laptop staring at the screen. It really relieves a lot of pressure off the shoulders when I can lean back as I type. The stand helps to keep the laptop cool which should improve battery life. It can be used without an external keyboard, but I'd recommend getting a keyboard as well because it wasn't the easiest to type when it's in the stand, but that's a matter of preference. The USB hub is nice, but I don't really use it that much since my laptop has plenty of USB connections.

Finally! A case that actually fits the Sansa View properly. I went through three other cases by aftermarket manufacturers and none of them fit or allowed for fully functional access to the controls and I/O jacks. This one fits perfectly and is specifically designed for the View so all of the openings for the controls and I/O jacks are in the correct places. The only opening not included is for the microSD expansion card but in my opinion, that's a good thing as it provides security against the card getting bumped and falling out. The armband is very secure, comfortable, and Velcro adjustable to fit on any part of my arm. The hard case is a great addition to complete this set. It provides a much higher level of security and damage prevention than any of the other cases I have tried. It has enough room for the View with the soft case on, the armband, and my headphones. My Wife had a stroke recently which left her left arm paralyzed. I've seen two other brands of mini digital photo albums, and by far, these are the best. The picture looks great and the metal back looks really cool. The only caution about it is that I'm careful not to get the back scratched since I want it to look like it did when I opened. It's cool because it looks kind of like an iPod keychain. I love, love, love these knives! They are so sharp it makes mundane tasks a breeze. I've had my set for about 2 months now and it was one of the best purchases I've ever made in the kitchen. I had spent a lot of money on other brands of knives that had good reputations i.e. heckles and Chicago cutlery but none of their products came close to the Keuken knife set. I love the sleek design of the knife holder and it virtually takes up no space on my counter, unlike the traditional knife block. These are easy to use and easy to clean and they came in a beautiful presentation box that I kept just in case I ever need to store them, which is doubtful because they get used on a daily basis!! This scale is great. I've used it to weigh food and find the nutritional content (cholesterol, etc.). I have to admit, I use it more for weighing stuff for the mail than I do food now, but those New Year’s resolutions should kick in next year, and I'll use it for weighing food again. Great readability and some good features
Wife bought me one for Christmas. Cuz I been working' out. Still a downer gift if you ask me.
Thinks I like: 1. the digital readout is terrific for older eyes like mine. Conventional scale, I have trouble reading the weight - is that 175 or 177? This one says 175.6 in big black digits.
2. The tenth-of-a-pound is terrific when you're trying to lose weight. Just because, every bit helps.
3. It keeps a history. The two most important pieces of which are a) your last weight and b) your weight the first time you weighed. Again, if you are exercising/on weight reduction program, those items, especially b), are great to have. E.g. Have I lost weight since I started two months ago?
4. Really quite good looking device.

Thinks I like: 1. the digital readout is terrific for older eyes like mine. Conventional scale, I have trouble reading the weight - is that 175 or 177? This one says 175.6 in big black digits.
2. The tenth-of-a-pound is terrific when you're trying to lose weight. Just because, every bit helps.
3. It keeps a history. The two most important pieces of which are a) your last weight and b) your weight the first time you weighed. Again, if you are exercising/on weight reduction program, those items, especially b), are great to have. E.g. Have I lost weight since I started two months ago?
4. Really quite good looking device.

Ergo Mat
The Ergo-Mat reminds me of positive steering. The mouse goes easily where I want it to and stays there till I move it. It doesn't go skating off on its own like it does on the smooth pads. This gives me better control of the mouse without having to grip it. Gripping the mouse hurts, especially when I'm doing graphics or spreadsheets and other tasks that require mouse accuracy. Because of the slant of the Ergo-Mat, I can rest on the side of my hand instead of on my wrist so my wrist isn't bent backwards and I don't compress the median nerve and the blood vessels.

I use the ergo mat almost every day. It helps slope the mouse to a more natural angle for holding and resting my hand. I'll also use it to rest my elbows on some times since it's so soft with the memory foam inner. Love it!

I was asked to try out this product for a friend who works for SWAY.
Pros
1. It has a nice glass platform with a black base--very sleek looking--looks great in my bathroom. I think this scale really dresses up a bathroom.
2. Large display and easy to set up
3. Awesome instructions--can really tell someone took the time to make them as informative as they could. I didn't know what the importance of monitoring body fat, body water and muscle as part of the weight loss process, but now it really makes sense. I mean, thin people can still have unhealthy amounts of body fat and "larger" people like me may not necessarily be too fat--I am though. Very nice informative instructions that really educate!
4. As far as I could tell, compared to another scale I have, the weight was accurate and the proportions of fat to water and muscle seemed to make sense as how the instructions explained it--should work great for trending purposes.
5. I know I'm going to lose the instructions, so SWAY thought ahead and added some basic, short instructions on the back--still looks nice too if you turn it over.
6. User memory and scroll-through functions. I'll be able to get my whole family to use it as it has 10-user memory. Also, allows reviewing the readings by scrolling through after you have been measured.
7. Weight limit is 396 lbs (lets just say 400 lbs) so it can handle a heavy load. I had a friend try it--easily close to 300 lbs--and he had no problems.
Cons
1. The device turns off a little too fast--so you have to be ready to work with it when you get on and off. I think it just caught me off-guard the first time, but in the future I should be ready.
2. I'm not sure exactly how accurate it is. I haven't ever been to a doctor to have my body fat, body water and muscle measured, so I'm not sure how close it is. That being said, I feel confident that I'll be able to trend the readings over time to see as I'm losing weight if how body water, body fat and muscle are being affected. I guess the main thing is it will let me know if I'm losing the right kind of weight--which I think most people do not, which is why they rebound to their original weight after going through a diet
I have to say that overall, this is a very well made product that should do the job well. I would recommend this product--well done.

Still using the scale and just wanted to say a little on the results. Since I got the scale, I've been off and on diets several times-currently on one again. The great thing about this is to see the direct results of the diet on the scale--not just pound wise, but in percentage of body fat. Back in the fall I didn't really exercise and as a result, the body fat percentage didn't drop as much. Then it was depressing over the holidays to see it swing in the other direction. I've now gotten back on a diet--this time WITH exercise--and the change is a lot bigger. In 10 days (I've lost 8 pounds) and I've lost 1.4% body fat and gained 0.8% body muscle. Since muscle burns more calories than fat, this is a good thing that will help me lose more weight. Again, I'm not sure how accurate this is, but it doesn't matter. What really matters to me is being able to see the trends, which really helps.
I also got my mom one of these (her choice) for her birthday last month. She's just getting started with it, so I'm interested to see how it works for her.

Ultra thin mouse pad
I don't know why some people said this mouse pad slides around. The only reason I can figure out is that they didn't remove the clear plastic on the bottom that is used for shipping. This mouse pad is FABULOUS!!! I had one made with a picture on it and it drove me crazy, the mouse would not work on it half the time. I put the ultra thin on my desk when it arrived and it has not moved a centimeter and the mouse moves all over the place. When you first put it down, you will think it is too thin to work, (it does have a strange feel under the mouse, like you are moving the mouse around on the desk), but keep the faith---it DOES work.

Ultra thin mouse pad
Excellent product.
So thin you won't even realize it's on your desk.
Peel-off protector on bottom reveals silvery material that is not sticky but still highly adhesive to the desktop. Doesn't budge a millimeter. So adhesive it's a bit of work to relocate it.
The subtle pattern works well for laser mouse tracking.
Also perfectly fits those round mousing platforms that swivel out from under-desk-mounted keyboards.
I use it at my office desk and I keep a second one in the case with the laptop.

Back Stretcher:
This has been advertised in some of the magazines I receive but for $10 more. I decided to give it a try to see if it helped me since the price was right. My problem is getting on the floor and back up since I'm 3 weeks away from being 70 years old. Once I'm on the floor it does seem to make my back feel better. Just start out doing it a few minutes at a time and work up to using it longer. I think it's worth the money and definitely cheaper than going to a Dr. It doesn't cure the pain but it brings some relief when I'm hurting bad.

UV WAND:
Love it !
It took a week or more to arrive but loved it once I tried it. I used "gold" alkaline batteries and it is still running on the first 4. It has clear directions (though in cm, not inches), works level or at a slight tilt. I have sanitized the mattress, bathroom, counter, stove, closet ... love it. I feel safer and the price is reasonable for the service. I especially will take it with me for travel.

UV Sanitizing Wand

I heard about this product on a health-related television program and decided it would be the correct product for our home and my office. It is easy to use, works correctly and, as always, the discounts available through Overstock can't be beat. I highly recommend this to families and health care workers alike. I bought this sanitizing wand following a cross country plane trip. Between the plane ride and the hotel I felt like I was in the midst of germs. I read about these sanitizing wands in a magazine and decided to purchase one. I've stayed in a hotel since and used the wand on the TV remote and around the bathroom. Not sure if it got the germs out, but I felt better knowing I was doing something to eliminate the germs I come in contact with. So as to the effectiveness of the wand, who's to say.... it SEEMS to do the job. I like the fact that it automatically cuts out the UV light when the wand is tipped. Also it would be difficult to accidentally turn it on, which is a good thing.

The UV sanitizing wand is a great product. I can take it anywhere I go hotel rooms, my kitchen, desk, phone. ect. It works anywhere and everywhere. 45-60 seconds and it is clean and sanitized. The UV light when turned upside down will not work; don’t worry about your kids. They can't hurt their eyes. Wonderful product for anyone!
